We’re on the lookout for an incredible Business Affairs + Operations Coordinator to join our team in Santa Monica. As the Business Affairs + Operations Coordinator, your mission is to support Shara, our general counsel and Head of Business & Legal Affairs, while also working closely with Grady, our Chief Operating Officer, and collaborate on projects across teamswith a fun-loving and open-minded attitude. Your forte will be effectively managing a number of fast moving projects across various business lines, juggling multiple and diverse responsibilities, liaising with amazing Luma team members at all levels in the different departments, tracking projects, and embracing all things Business & Legal Affairs.
You'll collaborate closely with our Melbourne studio and together with the team be the connective force for all things Business and Legal Affairs and work at the center of Luma’s vision and culture.
